Frédéric stands out as a seasoned entrepreneur in business management. As the founder of JK7Consulting (a company providing part-time financial management services) and later OXALYO, he is driven by a passion for operational excellence and the co-piloting of SMEs.

For 25 years, Frédéric has held key CFO and COO positions within major companies (Kodak, Puratos), both nationally and internationally.

Today, he dedicates his expertise to supporting SME leaders. He also serves as a board member in several companies, demonstrating his strong commitment to the business world.

Beyond his operational role, Frédéric shares his knowledge and experience. He provides guidance through personalised support and coaching sessions for entrepreneurs. He also offers corporate finance training, meeting the needs of leaders who wish to strengthen their skills.

Frédéric embodies the combination of extensive leadership experience in large organisations with a strong passion for knowledge sharing and business development, actively contributing to the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Pierrick Fichefet

Business Manager

Pierrick stands out for his strong expertise in technology and project management, combined with a natural ability to build positive relationships and foster collaboration.

Graduated in engineering and holding a master's degree in computer science, he combines technical expertise with strategic vision.

With five years of experience in the ERP ecosystem, Pierrick has progressed from development to business analysis and then to project management. Today, as a Product Owner at OXALYO, his role is to bridge the gap between Odoo’s standard features and the specific needs of companies, in order to enhance their operational efficiency.

His key responsibilities include analyzing gaps between Odoo and industry needs and designing agile and scalable solutions.

He is also responsible for supervising the development teams and quality monitoring.

Outside of work, Pierrick nurtures his passion for physical activity, which serves as a source of energy and focus in his projects.
